From burnout to strength.

I'm Charlotte, originally from France, and I've been a trainer for over four years. But I didn't start where I am today.

I used to feel completely lost, working out 6 to 7 days a week without seeing real progress. I thought doing more was the answer. It only led to frustration and burnout.

Everything changed when I learned how to train and fuel my body properly. I built real strength, gained confidence, and finally saw results, not just physically, but in how I felt every day.
